Located on the right, adjacent to Scoor House, Garden Cottage has its own entrance and fenced garden. This spacious, very well appointed cottage offers superb family accommodation. Outside you will enjoy a beautifully landscaped large garden with stunning views over the sea - a perfect place for a summer breakfast or evening barbie.

The large kitchen/lounge has everything you need for a relaxing, enjoyable holiday - a superbly fitted kitchen with ceramic hob cooker, fridge, microwave, dishwasher and toaster; a large 8/10 seater bench and in the lounge area a portable TV with Sky freeview (also has access to over 100 digital radio channels), video and DVD player. There is also a good supply of jigsaws and games.

Off the main hallway are the two twin bedroom rooms and bathroom with full size bath and overhead electric shower. Upstairs is a lovely, 4 bed, ‘dorm’ room. This always proves to be very popular with children in that it provides them with their own space (and gives the parents a bit of peace and quiet as well!).

Garden Cottage is perfect for families/groups of up to 8 people however please be aware that there is only one bathroom/toilet.

Garden Cottage is strictly NON SMOKING.

OPEN ALL YEAR – rentals are on a weekly basis during the summer season from 4pm Saturday to 10am the following Saturday. During the winter, nightly or weekend stays can be arranged.
